Wednesday, October 11, 2:00 – 3:30

Join us for the second of our online, two-part series about the rights of people with disabilities to equal healthcare services and how to file administrative complaints with federal agencies.

In Part 2, we will discuss:

  • How to file administrative complaints about violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • The steps you should take before filing a complaint.
  • How to draft a complaint
  • Examples of administrative settlement agreements.

The workshop is led by Pamela Williamson and Barry Whaley (pictured below0 from the Southeast ADA (SEADA) Center, and Bill Dolan of the Kentucky Office of Protection and Advocacy. The Southeast ADA Center provides Resources, Training, and Information on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Kentucky Protection and Advocacy protects and promotes the rights of Kentuckians with disabilities through legally based individual and systemic advocacy and education.
