Seated Gentle Movement & Stretching

- A FREE online class offered live on Zoom. It’s never too late to join us. Attend as many, or as few, of the classes as you want.
- The movements in this class are derived from yoga and Tai Chi. Each class includes breathing, stretching, and flowing exercises that reduce stress and are suitable for everyone. FAMILY MEMBERS/CAREGIVERS are encouraged to attend.
- It is taught by Ben Clark, who is a certified personal trainer with a C-7 spinal cord injury, and who has been teaching online exercise and yoga classes for 4 years.
- CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN before participating to determine if this activity is advisable for you. A waiver and release will be required of each participant.
