Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to lead healthy, independent, and connected lives.

With Your Donations, We can:

Increase inclusion, decrease isolation, and improve health by connecting people with disabling conditions, and their caregivers, to virtual activities including exercise, stress reduction, and peer support.

$100 provides one class.
$400-$500 provides a month.
$800 – $1,200 a full session.

Increase accessibility and compliance with the ADA in parking, transportation, healthcare, and other community resources and services.

Strengthen the entire community by increasing accessible affordable housing and access to reliable transportation.

Develop and disseminate high-quality, pragmatic information to people with disabling conditions that will empower them to improve, health, fitness, and wellness.
